Can a business discriminate against a independent contractor?? The business told one contractor who has higher prices and performs the same service that they are going to use them and give them 100% of the business in hopes to get rid on me

So long as the discriminating business doesn't get all the businesses together to put you out of business (which would be "antitrust"), the business can deal with whomever it wants at whatever price it wants.
