Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

DUI- BAL unknown

I was trying to find out about somehow gwtting this off my son's record. I happened to notice on his driving record, the charge Driving under the influence BAL unknown. Does this mean Blood alcohol level. He was given a breathalizer and i believe he had a .017.He did have xanex innhis system, would this help him at all,trying to get this off.

In order to answer your question -I need name ,date of birth,county where records show facts,contact info, and your agreement to pay legal fees to look into this matter.It is important to you and your son because this info is public records and employers,etc can access the info.I hope to hear from you.
