Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

DUI conviction thrown out...what about subsequent ticket

Next week my three year old DUI conviction will be thrown out or reduced. I was able to get new look by the court because of mistakes by the State. My license was revoked because of that conviction. Original case set aside and I got my license back that week. I recieved a conviction for driving on a Revoked license just a month before the conviction was set aside. Probation, Comm. Service, fine. I had a lawyer, couldn't he have postponed it while waiting for other case to see if it would go my way? (I already had three continuances before I hired a lawyer). Can I go back to other judge and show my license and get that conviction tossed? I was unable to ask my Lawyer before the weekend, plus I want outside opinion. Will my ''conviction'' record reflect all transactions and changes with dates or will the DUI and license revocation just disappear?
