Legal Question in DUI Law in Florida

license restriction

I got a DUI - long story - but basically

now I am driving with a license with

a restriction C -business purposes

only license.

I want to be able to see my

son...does seeing your children

qualify for a valid reason to be driving

with this restriction? If I get pulled

over but am just going to see my

baby son will I get in trouble? I don't

see it listed as a reason to drive but

it's my kid - i have to see him...

If it's now allowed, is there some way

to petition the DMV to allow me to

see my son under this license..can I

ask a judge for permission and he

grant me a special ''pass'' to visit

him?

Thx
