Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

im about to be 16 years old. we live in flordia where moving to alaska i would like to move in with my grandmother who lives in colorado or my dad. my mother has ful custody of me. in court would i have any chance of winning ?

The only court you even have a tiny chance of winning in is the "court of your parents' permission." Unfortunately, you can't do anything about this. Unless your parents agree, you cannot change your custody. You have no "standing" (something like a right to go to court on your own) and request to be moved to another household.
