I want to adopt my daughters baby with my daughters consent. What do I need? She lives in Florida and I live in Alabama.

Have your daughter file a petition to terminate her rights. You will need to get ther father's permission as well.

You need to file a petition for adoption along with a consent to adopt signed by both biological parents. This isn't a procedure you should attempt without a lawyer.
