Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My daughters father lives in the US and I lived with him a year, and then for reasons i moved out, still kept close contact and he took care of her while i was in school, after i finished school i told him i needed to move back to my family, to continue school in another place, and he was OK with it, and agreed to help, I came here in October, he has helped me twice, and denied help for daycare while i am in school and working to give a better future for my daughter. I am only 22 years old. My question will be, does he have a right to ask me to practically send my daughter over there to go see him, He is coming here to see her, i dont deny him seeing her, im extremely ok with that, but what is the right thing? Im not sending her off, because he cant take care of her, he works like 50 hours a week. and he still doesnt help me financially

Apparently you are not married to him. Unless you have an order in place, he really has not rights.
