Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

we have two daughters, my husbands co. provides for the education for three kids so he wants to adopt his brothers son( 15 yrs). even though we have no plans to share our assets with him, down the road can the son be a hassels to my daughters. even if we dont put his name in our will can he still claim a share in case we both die for some reason.

It would depend. You really need to seek the services of an adoption attorney. In Florida you can disinherit your children. Also, will you be adopting this child as well, or only your husband?
