Re: Divorce

In Brasil, childrens who needs support of their relatives , has to demonstrate in court two reasons for support.

First, comprove the aid is needed

Second, the economic capacity of the relative.

After all, the case will be judged and the judge will fix, the value of support.

IF doesn t have this decision, everybody are free to go anywhere, hear in Brazil or other countries.

P.S. Commonly Laws only works in own country, for one decison of Brazil has force in other country, you need a case with a long way in courts here in Brazil, finishing at Supreme Court (STF), to have the autohorization to persecute anybody in other country

Re: Divorce

Which tool the court will employ for enforcement is up to the court. What is sure is that the unpaid child support is still owed and the arrearage will be enforced no matter what age the children are now or what income they have now. Child support is about when the children needed it, not when it might be collected.
