divorce: trust and or annuity, ownership?

I am may be getting divorced, I have 100,000$ that I will be receiveing on 2-5-01. This money is from a settlement from my mothers death that occured in 1981. I beleive it has been set up in a trust fund. My question is this- will my husband be entitled to any of the money? and what part will it play in the divorce? Thank you for your help.

As a general rule, property you obtain by will is the individuals sole property, not a martial asset. It becomes a martial asset if the property is co-mingled with other martial assets. Good Luck.
