Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex-husband hasn't paid child support in over a year, despite being found in contempt of court twice. He quit his job and is being supported by his common law wife who is an attorney in the very circuit where our case is. She "knows everyone" (small circuit) and has to be pulling strings which is why his drivers liscence hasn't been suspended (it was scheduled for suspension June 2008) Can I petition the court (or file a motion) requesting that she be held responsible for payments since she is his sole support? Thank You

No, but you can hire a private lawyer who knows everyone. Or even one who doesn't.
