Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

A final judgement has been issued in my divorce. I was wondering if I could take him back to court after the fact for a part of his 401K. Thank you for you help.

Once a divorce case is closed, it's closed. The only way to reopen it is to prove that he did not disclose (or he lied about the value of) his 401k to you and you were not aware of it at the time of the divorce proceedings.
