Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Forced Paternity due to Immigration Request to stay in US

I am required to submit DNA testing to prove that I am the child of an american citizen. I was born a legitamate child in the Philippines and have provided all documentation, but because my mother brought me into the US w/ a falsified birth certificate I, as an adult, have the burden of proving my father is the father whom signed my birth certificate. Because I commited an ''aggravated felony'' I was ordered deported but the order was dropped and I was released from indefinate detention. My question is...because this is a situation that derived from the action of my mother and father and on the grounds that if I were deported back to the philippines and would not dare take my kids into such hostile territory....CAN I FORCE my father to take a paternity test even though I am outside of the statute of limitations. I am not going after any monetary gain (child support, etc.) I just want what is rightfully mine under the law...My citizenship. Please help...I do not even know if I have placed this question in the right catagory. Thank you for your time

Victim of my parents actions.
