Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex girlfriend has take possession of one of my vehicle (a new truck) She still live here but is slowly moving out. She continues to use the vehcile against my wishes and won't give the keys up. I called a deputy over and he said he couldn't physically take the keys back. She get physical when I try to drive the vehicle and won't let me. Whe even removes the tag at night so I won't sneak out at night and take it.

If her name isn't on the truck, report it stolen. If her name is on the truck, there is nothing you can do.
