Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Income Tax fraud

My former girlfriend whose mother has been raising her 5 year old daughter ( feeding, clothing, sheltering and paying for private schooling ) 250+ miles from where my former girlfriend resides in Florida ( she only sees her daughter 5-6 times a year ) has been claiming the child on her income taxes and not giving her mother any money she has also been getting food stamps for the child and again not giving anything to her mother, can she get in trouble for this ? And what kind of trouble ? The reason for my concern is, she is going to give birth to my child in 2 months and we are going through some serious fighting about custody and support, I believe that if she really wanted to be a mother, she would be one for her 5 year old, all she keeps saying to me is how she is going to ''Bank'' of this child, meaning child support from me. ( I'm 42, she's 24 ) And of course I'm going to fight for full custody or at least 50/50 time split. Any advice ? Somebody please help me, this girl can't even take care of herself and has not taken care of the child she already has....
