In June 2009 I was divorced from my husband, and although he was not ordered to payment much or even half of what he should have paid. He still owes me 278.00 for losses during the marriage. He was ordered to make his first payment on August 1st 2009 but I have yet to receive that payment or any payment since the ruleing. I cant afford a lawyer. can you help? What can I do to get the maximum punishment and receive my payment in full.

You haven't said what the payment is for. You just said, "losses." I assume that means it isn't for alimony, child support, or attorney's fees. If it were one of those things, you could file a motion for contempt. Since it isn't, you'll probably have to sue him in small claims court. But check with a family law attorney to be sure.
