Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

After we married (Fl) my spouse did a quit claim deed to me for the home which she purchased before our marriage. It names us both on this deed, and states that it is survivorship property and lists her children also. My name is not on the mortgage. What are my rights to this home if we divorce? We currently live in different states. The property is in Wisconsin and while I have spent time there I have never lived there. I do claim the property taxes paid on my taxes.

If your divorce occurs in Florida, you would be entitled to half the equity in the house, if theer is any. I don't know what would happen if you divorce in another state. You'd have to ask a lawyer in the other state.
