what is required for my mother who is in a skilled nursing facility and on medicaid to turn her vehicle over to me. the vehicle is paid in full.

Recommend not transferring the auto. Transferring the auto now may result in suspending your mother's eligiblity for medicaid assistance for some period of time. Talk directly to an elder law attorney before transferring any of your mother's assets.
