I'm a non-custodial parent in Florida and i have a 50/50 sharing plan with my daughter. My family and I have chosen to move out of the state of Florida to Washington state and I curious what I need to do. my daughters mother is aware that we are moving and I have set up with her that I will fly my child out to visit during school breaks. Do i need to make any court notifications?

Review Florida statute 61.0013, Relocations. You must have court permission or a signed modification by the Mother. You will need to modify the Time Sharing Plan and have that approved by the Judge.

You have to get a court order, or permission from the ex to move.
