Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Rights of Paternal Father as Opposed to Legal Father

My youngest son is legally my ex-husband's child according to a court order - his name is on the birth certificate. There was a paternity test done after this & my ex was not biologially his father. The biological father has not been there for the child physically, emotionally, or finacially. My ex has been the only father this child has know & has provides finacially for him since my pg with him. Now, the bilogical father is seeking rights. I do not want this man in this child's life especially with this child adusting to my divorce that has happened in the past year. What kind of rights does this man have & what kind of rights do I have to protect this child?
