Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If my ex signed for our youngest son to get his learners permit.The drivers manual says that whoever signs for child is financially responsible for them.The manual gives

the parent the option to change their minds.He didn't, now son has DL,does that mean ex is responsible to keep our son covered with auto insurance??Thank you so much!!!!!!!!

No, the law doesn't require that a child be covered under auto insurance, but it's foolish not to, since most companies offer this coverage for free.
