Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My son in law, daughter and granddaughter live in Florida, he has asked my daughter and granddaughter to leave, she is 3 years old. I live in New York and have made arrangements to go and get them and move them here to NY with me. We have set a date to go get them. My son in law is telling my daughter and granddaughter they have to leave now, because he wants to rent out her bedroom. They have no where to go. What are her rights does she have to leave the home because he wants her to leave? They will be getting a divorce.

First off, she needs to file a petition for divorce along with a Motion to set for Temporary Needs. She does not have to leave and in fact he may have to pay her expenses so that she can stay. If she leaves the state of Florida she MUST get an Order from the court to relocate with the child.
