terminate child support

My son will turn 18 on 2/14 /09 they have been taking money out of my check , my employer says they need a leter of termination ? what do I have to do to get this.

There is no such thing. Ask your employer what he specifically wants and from whom.

They are probably asking for proof from the Department of Revenue Child Support Enforcement that the garnishment can be stopped. If you the employer or the department can't figure it out talk to the attorney who represented you in the divorce.
