Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My wife left me 3 weeks ago, we have been married for 1 year and 8 months. I am unemployed and have been for 6 months. We have a rented apartment with no assests or accounts. As I have been unemployed I have no money nor do I even have a car. My wife is an RN who makes 50k a year and took her car and son with her.

(my step son) I would like to know if I can file for something called a disillusionment, not really sure what this is but I have been told it is easier than a divorce. We have nothing to settle in a divorce. Thank you

You can file for dissolution, not disillusionment. "Dissolution" means "divorce." If you have nothing to settle, you can file for simplified divorce if she'll sign off on it, or uncontested divorce if she won't. You can find the forms at flcourts.org for free or you can buy them from the clerk.
