Legal Question in Medical Leave in Florida

Fmla

I work where a lead work is always taking sick time and leaving his work for those under him to do it. When we ask our supervisor why don't they demote or fire him we are told he's protected by the FMLA so we say ok he should not loose his job over his illness but surely he can be demote cause of his time off putting others not only doing their job but his too seems unfair for him to keep his promotion and get raises on the work of others.

Re: Fmla
