Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
I just had an ex-friend get a judgement against me for about $1000.00. He says he's going to put leins against all my bank accounts and seize all my assets. What are his legal options and mine also?

He can seize assets if he can find them. You have certain exemptions you can assert. Best to try and work it out before that occurs.
