Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I am on ssi because I have memory loss demitia I think is what they call it ssi says I cannot sign any legal or financal stuff,my checks don't even come in my name because someone else has to do my stuff for me.but I found on my credit report a judgement against me so Icalled the people to find out what this is about they say I was served a sopina to court for a car that I had co signed for for someone else that was not paid for and was repoed they said my court date was in 2001 I don't remeber getting this or any court date they said I didn't show up so they got the judgement. what can I do if anything?
