Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I had a now ex landlord call my place of business and tell a co-worker personal infornation about myself and where I was living, then had another co-worker say something to me about the same thing that was said to me the next day, what can I do, I feel my privacy was invaded.

For the most part, if the information was truthful, your ex landlord can tell whomever here she wants. There are some exceptions, though. For instance, if your landlord is attempting to collect a debt, your landlord cannot disclose certain information about the debt. Your ex landlord may indeed have violated your privacy, but that doesn't mean you can do anything about it.
