Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

We live in Palm Beach County Florida. My husband has a judgement against a person. He has had it for 29 years. He has been renewing it. It's still good. It has been earning 12% interest per year. We are having a hard time finding the person. How do we find him and collect?

Generally, judgments are only valid for 20 years. So, it is likely that the judgment has expired and it cannot be collected.

However, if you want to try to find the person, you should contact a private investigator.
