Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

ownership of automobile

a family friend purchased a car for a friend of mine for xmas, complete with big red bow. she had a car but he insisted she needed a new car since she had 2 young children. she said no, but finally gave in. she gave her car away. now he says if she moves out she has to leave the car. she has the title, both her name and his are on it, because he was paying the insurance. the car was a gift, and there are no leins on it. he does not use the car at all, what are her legal options, and is the car legally hers?

Re: ownership of automobile

He gave itto her, it's in her name, it's her car. There is no three day waiting period for a gift, although she should plan on buying her own insurance.
