Purchased an engine online for 2200.00. Did not receive engine or return of my money. What legal action can I take?

You can file a lawsuit. You can file a claim with your credit card company. You can file a claim with whatever agency processed the payment. You can try contacting the Better Business Bureau. There are some options - this is a simple breech of contract case.
