Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

Hello, I wonder who could help answer my question. I wanted to apply for DACA. I'm 20 years old, graduated top student in high school, never had problems with law enforcement. I arrived to the US when I was 14 on February 29, 2008. I qualify for everything except the fact USCIS required to be residing in the country before June 15th, 2007. Is there a possibility to apply for an exception or just apply. Will I mostly be denied?

There are 7 specific criteria for DACA. If all 7 are not met, the application will be denied.
