Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Florida

Being harassed (bullied) by a large corporate company. Received numerous emails, letters, affidavits from company's lawyers demanding hundreds to thousands of dollars in compensation for product of mine I listed on ebay (as used) they are saying is counterfeit. I purchased product on ebay several years back, had no knowledge of it being counterfeit. I used it twice and put it in closet for years. Went to sell for around $1, listing pulled and I'm being threatened saying I broke federal laws, etc. I am a stay at home mom of 3 - what can I do?

Any attorney will say most likely they will not take action against you. Legal action is very expensive and it doesn't seem like your pockets are lined with money. There's nothing you can do except tell them the truth. Consult with a good business attorney in your area for specific advice.
