In FL, the age of consent is 16. If you are under age 24, a 16 or 17 year old may consent to sleep with you. If you are 24 years old or more, it's a statutory crime to "sleep" (touch anywhere under the bathing suit lines) with anyone under age 18. If you're just a friend and aren't touching that way, then sleeping should be okay. |
