Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Florida
I work with a young man who is 17 years old and is emanciapated in california. He wants to move to Florida. are the laws different? will he have the opportunity to complete a GED?

Are which laws different?
Yes, he can complete (or at least obtain) his GED in Florida, but why doesn't he just enroll in school and complete a regular high school degree?
