Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

i have been accused of wrong doing by an anonymous letter. i have been talked to but have not seen the letters. i asked if i could see the letter and was told i can get a copy of the written one but not the one that was handwritten. do i have a right to the original one or just the copy?
