Car Accident FMLA

I was just in a car accident last week and been working at a dr office now for 7 months and they said take FMLA or they are letting me go can they do that?

If one has only been employed for 7 months, they are not eligible for FMLA, as FMLA only kicks in after a year of employment (there are other considerations as well). You should consult a personal injury attorney to discuss options.
