refused employment ,due to the risk manager of the company , who claimed i was fired from another company , which is not true

Florida is an employment at-will state, which means that an employer is permitted to hire/fire for a good reason, a bad reason, or no reason at all. There are anti-discrimination statutes which prohibit employment decisions from being based upon protected characteristics, but if you believe there has been knowingly false information published to third parties, you should contact a lawyer to determine what rights you might have.
