We have had customers complain as well as other employees. I have brought him into my office to discuss this matter privately as well as sent him a confidential email but he seems to get very biligerant. Do you have an employment manual? I would give him a written warning and let him comment on why he can't seem to comply and tell him that if he does not fix it he can be suspended or terminated. You might also want to confirm that this is not caused by some medical condition cause you dont want to run afoul of the ADA.
