can they terminate me if i have to take insulin for type II diabetes? this is the school board, i drive a school bus.

If it has no effect on your ability to do your job, firing you simply for that reason alone could be problematic for your employer.

They should not be able to. Did they tell you they were going to terminate you. You need to submit a claim with your HR if they want to terminate your or discriminate against you due to yoru diabetes.
