Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Do I have any grounds for a successful lawsuit?

I was recently terminated from my position as Senior Graphic Designer for a large publicly owned company for the past 2 years. I was an outstanding employee working 70-80 work weeks and single handedly just created the entire companies new branding campaign and look which won a company award and 8 ADDY awards. Throughout my 2 years there was a pattern of constant false allegations which I continually had to prove to be false. I do not know employment law but a lot of what I experienced there it seems to be at least abusive if not illegal. At one point a boss filed allegations with HR that I stole her credit card and charged $80 worth of drains to her room. I proved I was not even at that location and it was a simple bar error that did not involve me whatsoever. Another instance when my new boss started and before she even worked with me she took me to a lunch and told me se would make sure I nerve went anywhere in this company and never got promoted or raises. She had me work 70-80 weeks for the next 5 months to create the she new company look to make her look good. Then after she announced she was restructuring and fired the 2 web guys, I inquired to her how I was doing and if I needed to do anything further. he stated I was outstanding and she relied on me, etc. I let her know there was another design position available in another dept and I would like to apply. She said she would be "really pissed off". A couple days later when the job closed she wrote me up on several allegations which she claimed happened in front of whole dept. I asked for investigation and they interviewed whole dept and determined not 1 person could confirm a single allegation and they ripped up the write up. A few weeks later I was fired and told there was an allegation against me. They refused to tell me what the allegation was or who was making it. I requested 3 times and asked for it in writing. There is much more, but too much too type. I would like to know if I have any basis to sue. There is a lot f inappropriate behavior, from constant racial remarks to having the traffic coordinator poke her fingers in the back of your head. The first 5 months I was there I was told I couldn't speak to anyone outside the dept or one girl in dept. Hiring without job postings. Sending work to vendors where others received freelance checks from and family members worked. In this dept of 10, there have been 11 employee changes in 11 months. on and on......
