Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

husband not being paid for all hours work and other issues

My husband is not being paid for all the hours he has been working last week he worked 41 hrs he got paid for 28 hours. Plus there are other issues of business ethics such as employees being paid under the table, owners son getting paid for 40 hrs every week regardless whether or not he even worked, and tells off customers. Is there anything we can do about any of this legally more specifically about my husand being under paid?

Re: husband not being paid for all hours work and other issues

If your husband is not being paid properly for overtime and/or for all of the hours he is working, he should immediately consult with an attorney. The issues relating to the owners son are probably not issues, as they can pay him for however many hours he works and that is not within anything your husband or we are legally entitled to dictate.
