Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Hello, I am a police officer in Florida. I have been out on workers comp since July 2010 to present. The PD held a defensive tactics training and I sustained bulging discs in my neck, nerve damage in my shoulder and hand. I was sent, recently to see a Psychologist for fitness for duty. The psychologist deemed me unfit for duty. I'm sure the PD is going to terminate me due to the debilitating injuries I received from the training. I am wanting to know if I am terminated for the debilitating anxiety and stress caused by the PTSD and other injuries from the workers comp accident, would this be wrongful termination and would I have a wrongful termination discrimination case?

No, it would not be a wrongful termination. You will be limited to workers compensation which, as you are finding out, are horrible here in Florida. Welcome to Republican control of the Legislature.
