Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

i have recently been fired due to crashing a company vehicle last night. the reason for crashing the vehicle is they were overworking me. we are supposed to work from 8pm to 6am. 6am is when we are supposed to be back at the shop. i hadn't had a day off in several days due to them calling me in on every day off that i had because they said they had nobody else and i had to come in and i did. so last night it was around 8am and i was still working even though were supposed to be back by 6am, they called me at 8am to add more stops which would take a few more hours. i was very tired and ended up falling asleep at the wheel due to me not being able to stop and take a break i'm supposed to keep going. so i did and i ended up crashing into a wall. so they fired me and expect me to pay them for thee damages when i have no job. they also are refusing to pay me for that whole night when i worked over a 13 hour shift. i was wondering if there was any legal representation and what type could help me to sue this company for what i am owed and for overworking me? or if there is anything i can do about this situation at all.

They need to pay you for unpaid wages. Any other hours they failed to pay you for besides the 13 hour shift? Also, were you injured and/or did you make a workers compensation claim? Did you make a claim for unemployment? With some of these questions answered, I might be able to give you some more advice.
