Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Getting back SD

As tenants we have fixed all damages that have occured in the house we are renting and when we move out in a couple of weeks we expet to get our security deposit back. Our landlords are shady and look for any way they can to get money out of us so I was wondering underwhat circumstances could they keep our security deposit. If everything is clean and fixed, there so be no reason to, correct? And if they refuse to give us our money back waht should we do? Thanks

Re: Getting back SD

If there are no damages, they cannot keep th edeposit. Take pictures of everything before you leave. If they don't return the deposit, take them to small claims court.
