Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

My back windshield got busted in on Sun morning and the condo I live has fake cameras which no one told me prior to moving in and they have signs up saying that the building is being watched. Now can they be responsible for paying the damage to my car? Because they giving false sense of security if I would've known I could've put up my own camera in the window watching my car.

Does not sound like you have a claim. If you wanted to know if the cameras were operational, all you had to do was ask and you would have learned otherwise. They don't take on a duty to have cameras, just because they have fake ones present.
