in florida - i'm the only person on the note and my son is the only person on the title.

Can my son legally treat me as a tenant to stretch out an upcoming writ of possession?

If you are on the note, you likely got individual notice of the foreclosure and therefore even if you are a tenant, you cannot avoid the imposition of the writ of possession.
