Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

In july 2012 my apt building was struck by lightning caught fire and I was flooded out of my apt. Three days prior to this I signed a new lease. The apt complex placed me in a temp apt until my other was rebuilt. I now want to move out of the temp apt until completion of old apt, but they say NO!!!!!!

I never signed a lease for the apt the placed me in...... can they hold me to the lease on the damaged apt?

You need to have an attorney review your lease as that agreement controls the relationship between the parties
