Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
My landlady's buildings are being foreclosed, I got a letter from the banks attorneys yesterday. Should I find another place to live, or are they responsible to hold up the lease agreement?

They are not required to extend the lease. Ask them if they will.
