Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Landlord/Property Manager didn't sign lease

I am moving from my current location due to personal issue. I was looking through the lease for the penalty for early termination when I stumbled upon the fact that my Property Manager and Landlord did not sign my lease on the signature lines located on two of the pages. Is my lease still legally binding?

Re: Landlord/Property Manager didn't sign lease

As long as you signed the lease, it may be legally binding since the landlord is the one who drafted the agreement and therefore agrees to the contents of it.

Also, it is possible that your landlord has a copy of the lease that is signed by you and him. You may want to confirm this prior to any action you may take.
